  • Help maintain accurate ledgers, receipts, file notes, and supporting documentation.
  • Review files for completeness and help keep them audit-ready.
  • Assist with manufactured-home and mobile-home transfer documentation.
  • Learn to independently manage assigned files as skills and performance develop.
  • Follow company procedures for fraud prevention, identity verification, funds handling, and document retention.

Minimum Requirements

  • Previous escrow-assistant experience is strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of the escrow process from opening through closing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial and personal information.
  • Comfortable working in a structured, compliance-focused environment.
  • Reliable attendance and consistent follow-through.
  • Mobile-home or manufactured-home experience is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Growth

  • Hourly pay based on experience and demonstrated escrow knowledge.
    • Pay range: $21.00–$27.00 per hour
  • Performance-based and per-file bonus opportunities.
  • Company-generated work managed in partnership with a Senior Escrow Officer.
  • Training and mentorship toward independent Junior Escrow Officer responsibilities.
  • Opportunity to progress into an Escrow Officer position based on production, competency, and performance.

This Position May Be Right for You If

You are already familiar with real-estate transactions, enjoy supporting a productive officer, take pride in accurate work, and want a clear path toward managing files more independently.

Hourly Position + Tiered Commissions

This position is for an experienced Escrow Officer who can independently manage transactions from opening through closing.

  • Officers may be assigned company-generated work based on availability, skill level, and performance.

  • Continued eligibility for commissions, assigned work, and advancement will depend on production, file quality, compliance, client service, and attendance.

Compensation

    • Pay range: $27.00–$38.00 per hour, plus commission
  • Tiered commission opportunities based on collected escrow fees and monthly production.
